The global release of the book Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows have been tremendous. It sets another record for being the fastest selling book ever, breaking up the previous record of Harry Potter and the Half Blooded Prince. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows had sold 15 million copies on its first day. The sales performance of the Harry Potter books seems to be alike when talking about its performance on the movie line. Two of its book chronicles are listed in the top 10 of the Highest Grossing Film of All Time. This includes Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone on the eight place, and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix made it on the tenth spot. While four other Harry Potter series are also in the top 100.
A lot of money is coming in the hands of the people that has to do with Harry Potter. Daniel Radcliff (the one who plays the role of Harry Potter) on the list is now one of the most recognized icons of his generation. Not to mention his million dollars worth as Harry Potter that had brought him to the title of being the richest teenager in all Britain several years ago (coz he’s now 21 years old). But his age doesn’t change the fact that he is still a millionaire and have been the first non-royal blood to have his portrait hung on the National Portrait Gallery. But on the other side, news has it that some genuine copies of the book had leak into public four days before the much awaited release in bookstores. J.K Rowling together with her lawyer confirmed the said news.
